Please Read Carefully, It will be necessary for you to sign this agreement and return it to us with your deposit.

1. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. or anytime there after. Pick up key at Chapel office. Checkout time is 11:00 A.M.

2. Guest agrees not to charge long distance phone calls to the unit. If he/she does, guest is liable for said bill.

3. The accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the owner's furnishings and neither the agent nor the owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings. Some owners have locked closets containing personal belongings; these are not included in the rental of the unit.

4. As agents, we reserve the right to refund deposit, refuse admittance, and/or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, same is detrimental to the dwelling.

5. Should the unit be undergoing any major repairs, or the owners of the unit elects to remove his property from Little Log Vacation Rentals, the agency may substitute a comparable cabin at the original price if such a unit is available.

6. Returned checks are automatically forwarded to a collection agency with an additional $20.00 handling fee.

7. No pets are allowed.

8. No receptions are allowed, without prior management consent.

9. I, the renter, fully understand that the management will not be responsible for accidents or injury of any kind. This also includes any guest the renters might have, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

10. By signing below I, the renter, authorize my credit card to be charged for any damages or breakage to restore the dwelling to its original condition upon rental. This is to the satisfaction of the owner or his agents.

Refund Policy: Within 1-14 days before check-in ------- No Refund: 15 days or more ----- everything except $75.00 is refunded. There are no refunds due to weather. Be advised that chains Or 4 wheel drive may be required to reach your rental in the Winter.

11. By signing below I, the renter, have read and agree to above refund policy, and agree to the authorization of my credit card for the deposit on the rental.

12. 50% deposit on the entire stay is required to confirm a rental. Balance is due at check-in and can be paid with credit card, cash or money order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS AT CHECK-IN.

13. Keys are to be returned to the Chapel office at checkout. There is a $10.00 fee for keys that are not returned.

When registering be sure you have accurately stated the number of guest in your rental. Tennessee Law (T.C.A. Sec. 62-7-107) provided that procuring accommodations under false pretence is a crime punishable by fine and/or imprisonment for up to 90 days.

When checking out each renter is responsible for leaving the unit in order and kitchen clean. Please return the keys to the chapel office or leave in the drop box by the chapel's back door.
